"Thank you for sharing your feedback of your experience. it is important to us. We're sorry you were not happy with the service provided. Indeed it looks like we were at the home a few times when your spouse was present. Sometimes it does take multiple visits but we do understand larger scale issues can be frustrating and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. While at your home the technician noted there could be issues and blockage to traps and could lead to water in the home, however service to rectify that issue was declined. We surely want you to be satisfied and happy with a complete scope of work and offer the opportunity to give us a call back so that we can follow up with you. Thank you again for your feedback and, if there is anything else we can do for you, please do not hesitate to return our call. 248-644-7810."
Once here, no trouble. Kevin McCarthy did the work, and within an hour both drains were cleared.
"Thank you for your feedback. The new owners have held the company for 10 years now and we've much improved in many areas. We thank you for the opportunity to bid on work you had at your home and honor your right to decline service for any reason. Over the years we've only grown with a customer first mindset and hope to regain your confidence. If not, again, we thank you for the opportunity all those years ago."
come to find out the final bill was 200$ because they replaced a trap pipe, apparently. dont know if they asked my dad if it was ok to inflate the price or not, all I know is he has a 200$ bill now.
they also came out previously after the flood to check the furnace. it was already working, so my dad unnecessarily made the appt for them to come. Here, he was socked with I think about a 350$ bill for what should have been a simple inspection. I think they found some part to replace that I think they said was "dirty".
Buyer beware.
"[Members Name] thank you for posting your review, we welcome every chance to evaluate and improve. The unclogging of the drain is $99, however, additional, approved work was done at the home that day. Also, along the with furnace inspection and maintenance that was done following the flood, you are correct, it was working -there was a part replaced on the 50 year old furnace due to scale and carbon build up. If there is any way we can assist or follow up for you, please don't hesitate to give us a call 248-644-7810. We understand your concern and are more than happy to find the best possible solution. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback."
By several failed trials, finally he found that it is the low pressure switch that prohibits the AC to work normally by calling for help, and he adds some refrigerant. It has been almost 4 hours. He did NOT perform a leak check, and charged high diagnostic fee and refrigerant recharging fee.
I hope he did not mess up the circuits.
In all, it is not a good experience, and I would very hesitate to use them again .
