My name is Bill Griffin. I am the owner and an ASE master certified technician of Griffin's Auto Clinic. I am extending a personal invitation to come and experience what quality auto service is at our repair facility. At Griffin's its not about just the cars, its about the customer. My staff and I understand that in these trying times that the last thing you want to have happen is a costly repair. That is why we make sure that your vehicle is in tip-top shape and that you are informed of everything that is going on with your vehicle and that you have a solid game plan as to how to address the issues in a matter of importance. We call this our repair blueprint. It allows you to fix the immediate concerns and decide in the future what to fix as money and time allows. There are no pressure sales here. Just good old fashioned honest business practices. There are two things I look to achieve here. Good customer relationships and quality repairs fixed right the first time. I further learned that Griffens is part of a national alliance of auto mechanics and if I had only called them earlier about my other issue they could have gotten me in with any number of auto mechanics anywhere in the country. Bottom line my problems could have been mostly averted if I would have communicated a little better. I still remember the initial mistake but after all that great customer service the memory is fading fast. do most of my repair work myself so I new where the leak was and what
the issue was. The problem was the fitting was the wrong one. I could
not find the correct fitting. I called Griffins and ask if they could
help and they did. Griffin found a fitting that would work and the
issue was resolved. This save me from having to replace the radiator and
two fitting which would have cost three times what I paid.

The repairs of my vehicle were in sync with Bill's personal and professional focus: all repairs were accurate, complete, and tested after implementation. Any concerns or issues I had were remedied (and validated as fixed by the Technician) before I received my car. All questions, concerns, or follow-up items were responded to quickly and precisely. Scheduling the appointment beforehand was easy via a phone call and a defined date/time for the auto shop visit. Follow-up letters and customer feedback are openly welcomed from Bill and his staff.
The only small issue I have is that the clinic shop's location can be easily missed since it is not facing the main road (it is located within an commercial complex).
I am pleased to have found a mechanic that has excellent service, quality repairs, and trustworthy business practices.
