Our recent experience of repairing and power washing the deck with Farr has been terrific. Robert has been unusually prompt, responsive, flexible and considerate in coming for an estimate, scheduling the work, and cleaning up afterwards. Dave has been extremely skillful at repairing our deck and delightful to work with. Robert is simply wonderful in his power-washing job. Thanks for everything.

I can't say enough good things about the owner Robert and his company. My husband and I found a concealed moldy ceiling in our sun room shortly after we purchased our home. We called several mold remediation contractors but after meeting Robert, chose him. His team came in and gutted the ceiling to the rafters in one day. They sealed the room and also removed all of the material, leaving us with a negative air pressure system for several days to be sure the mold had been removed from the air as well. Robert answered my phone calls immediately and when he was on a project, he text me immediately to let me know he was busy at the moment. His team took pictures and made sure we had documentation of their work and Robert gave us a concise report of what occurred as well. Robert is very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and very reliable and we will use him again for any other issues we may run across in our new home.

Paul was very professional and tended to our every need. They did a great job with the paint removal. The only problem was they were very late and didn’t even call to let us know.

During estimate review, owner specifically preferred venting bathroom fans to soffits. Work crew vented to the ridge vent. During followup review, owner approved venting to ridge vents as being just as good. Competitor recommended KILZ paint application. Farr's did not include it in the discussion.

Came and did a mold test, charged $175 and never got back to me with the results

The owner overcharged me by $100.00 as a result of a simple math error which he acknowledged. He has not, however, refunded the money after 10 weeks and numerous e-mails and personal phone calls to him. Additionally he has not provided me with a "final paid in full" receipt. I need that as the work was done on a property owned by a Trust.

this was horrible company to do business with.they took money for deposit, did not do work at all as described, still not done. sworn at and treated badly by owner of co. when asked for refund. do not recommend to anyone!!!

Did a great job and everything was sparkling clean!

My job had to stop due to leaking still present. They were paid half up front. When asked to be refunded because they did not do half of work was given grief and now my insurance will have to handle the problem. It is nothing but a trouble and excuses. .Was told one thing and given something else and over charged for services not completed. NEVER NEVER again Don't trouble yourself with this company!!! Use the companies your insurance can recommend they back up their services in writing.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project.

Farr's was extremely helpful in getting this time-crunched project completed for me on time. I would definitely use them again.
