We use Luanne and her company for all of our remodels, mold testing and remediation, home inspections, etc. We buy, rehab and sell homes and commercial properties and have done over 1 dozen properties with AETG and highly recommend them. We have also purchased several clean air systems for home and properties from small plug in units to furnace integrated filtration systems. We find her to be very honest and trust worthy.

I did not have my home tested for mold and mildew. Tom and Luanne suggested I have one of the air purifiers brought into our house to see if it would make a difference and then if it did we would know that we needed a whole house test. It cost us nothing to bring the machine in and Tom called us everyday to ask me how we were feeling and to tell me what to do next with the unit. I had a positive and satisfying experience with this company and would absolutely recommend and work with them again.

Service Magic recommended 3 experts. Within 5 minutes of filling out the online form, my phone rang. It startled me since it was 7:45 AM !!! Luanne, from Air & Enviro Solutions, was both knowledgeable and professional. I made an appt. w/her to test my home for mold. Later that afternoon, the other two companies called and with each call, I became a little more knowledgeable about how they each tested for mold. The second two were similar in their processes and answers so I called Luanne back to question her a little more. After that second conversation, I was convinced I had made the right choice choosing Air & Enviro Solutions.

Quality professional work, pleasant and considerate

They called me back right away after I submitted my request to Service Magic. Luanne was very friendly and she sent Tom right out for the consult either the next day or two days following our initial contact. The results of our test came back in a timely manner and Tom brought them over (dodging a tornado no less) to our house to review them with us. We will be using Tom & Luanne for remediation of our issue as well.

I had a very bad breathing issue within our home......was using a breathing machine at least 6 times a day and it got to the point where I couldnt even sleep in the home....Tom and Lou Ann from Air & Enviro Solutions Tech Group brought a machine to my home in within 24 hours I was able to re-enter the home and sleep there. This experience with Air & Enviro has been a bleesing and a very smooth transaction. Tom and Lou Ann have gone way above to help us slove the mold and dust issues within our home.
