"We regret to hear that you were this disappointed with our service and we wish this would have been brought to our attention sooner, so we may have addressed it personally. Our records indicate "site-unseen" a ballpark estimate of $500 was provided for the requested work via the initial contact with the office, and an on-site estimate was not completed prior to the work being completed. They also indicate that the fixtures initially requested to be changed were not the same fixtures that were changed at the time of the appointment, including (2) chandeliers which take considerable more time than the reported flush mounts. Further documentation indicates that the foyer fixture was on a 16ft + ceiling, and upon arrival, the fixture provided for the area was not recommended for the space. Regarding the GFCI outlet and the carpet shampoo machine, testing of the circuit was completed and the source of the tripping was located, which was over use of power on the circuit. At that time, it was also advised that due to the power usage of the unit, other devices should not be in use at the time of on the circuit. We also advised that there was no cost-effective solution to prevent the tripping, as a new circuit would have had to be installed in order to remedy the situation. Our records also indicate that a 10% discount was applied to your final total due to the change in work completed versus expectations. We would have loved to address the issues you had with our services at the time the follow-up call was placed or at our second appointment two weeks later to ensure that you were 100% satisfied with our services. We do strive to ensure clean-up is 100% and apologize deeply if something was missed that could be harmful to your pets. Our office has completed a thorough review of your case from the initial phone call, notes taken at that time, and client in-take form to the interview with the electricians who reported to the appointment and the billing in order to ensure we are identifying and applying strategic solutions to ensure we are learning, growing, and improving from situations like these."
