The lights and outlets in my dining room and sun room haven’t worked since the breaker tripped, and my brother and I tried several times to reset the breaker, with no luck.  Tom from WireWorks must have the magic touch, because the breaker reset for him just fine.  However, it didn’t fix the problem.  Tom checked the wiring in all of the outlets that weren’t working and found the one that was causing the problem.  A quick fix of the loose wires and I have lights again!  He also redistributed the load on some of the circuit breakers while he was inspecting the electrical panel, and thoroughly explained the options and costs for replacing the panel.  I asked if he had time to replace a loose light switch and look at a switch in the garage that I’ve had problems with, and he was able to do both.  Tom was prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful in answering all of my questions.  He did a lot of work in a fairly short time period.  I plan to hire WireWorks to replace my electrical panel early next year, and I would highly recommend this company!
