Repaired all three items immediately if not sooner.  Fast, efficient and offered tips on how to reduce calls to his service...was very impressed.

Called and left a voice mail.  It took a day and a half to 
get a response.  Got another company.

Found Tom on Angie's List and so glad I did.  I called him last week, and he scheduled for first thing this morning.  Arrived on time, only spent about an hour tearing old wires out and rewiring my ceiling fixture.  Everything up and running for less than I thought I might have to pay.

Wireworks came over to diagnose an electrical problem in the house. Was able to confirm that there were no problems in the interior of the house so did not charge for the time spent diagnosing the problem. Very satisfied with the experience. Will continue to use this company for future electrical projects.

We had a lot of work done and were kept informed on the progress of the job at all times.  The crew was punctual, came when they said they would, and were respectful of us and our home throughout the job.  We were very pleased.

The work was done in a timely manner and all 3 new fans are working great. I would have them do work for me again and I would recommend them to friends and other people looking for electrical work.

Tom came out the same day I called him with eletric issues on a rental property I own.  He quickly diagnosed the electric problem and assisted in the solution.  I can see why his company was rated one of the highest in the lansing area on Angies list.  I will call on Tom for future electrical needs.

Tom and his apprentice, Peter, installed a new electrical panel in my home.  They did an outstanding job and the panel passed city inspection with flying colors.  Both Tom and Peter were on time, professional and performed high quality work. The work was done in a timely manner and Tom was right spot on with his estimate. Since I am a retired electrician myself, I have high standards for electrical work.  I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if I need electrical work.

We walked through everything I wanted to be completed.  When I came home
I noticed a few things that were not completed.  Small things for
instance installing a dimmer switch in the bathroom shower.  We had
called him and he said he was going to charge us to come down and
install it.  My immediate reaction was WHAT???   So to repeat this we
had a verbal agreement on what was to be done he obviously forgot but he
wants to charge me to come down and install a dimmer switch which he
agreed to do originally.  I was happy with most everything that was completed
but for him to say he is going to come down and charge me for something
he agreed to do is not right.  If you are going to use this contractor make
sure you have him sign off on the work to be completed or he may pull
the same thing on you.  I am hesitance on paying him because he did not
finish the job but I guess I will go ahead and complete his job for him
and send him the check to just avoid the headache.   Ugh!!!!
He was also very push on completing the job that day.  He showed up at 7:30 am in the morning for a quote but was insistent on doing the job right now.  So after speaking with him for about 45 minutes I felt comfortable with him and agreed for him to do the work.  I just wished he would have completed the job.

Tom showed up when he said he would and did the work I requested. I needed an outlet that was shorting out and replaced. He did that and installed a timer to regulate the light my chickens get. He also moved and repaired a light fixture that was torn off by my son and the tractor in my hay barn. He did a fantastic job and I would recommend his company.

Tom was excellent to work with.  He suggested that I go through a company called SPX who would contract him to do the installation and they would take care of the Consumers Energy EV credit.  I ended up not spending a dime of my own money.  Tom was very friendly and was always on time.  I recommend him to install your EV charger as well.

I called Tom based on the positive Angie's List reviews to separate the two lights in my bathroom (vanity fixture from the light/fan combo above my tub) and to replace an outlet.  The fan had recently been installed by a general contractor who tied it into my existing vanity lighting.  I also wanted Tom to inspect the work done by the contractor, as we had many other problems with the quality of his work.  When Tom began working on the outlet he found wires hanging out of my wall and wires barely connected behind the plate. He was very thorough and made sure my new wiring was safe.  He cleaned up after himself and was very courteous.  I learned my lesson in home improvement and will not pay a general contractor for anything a skilled tradesmen should do as I ended up paying for an electrician and a plumber after my contractor left!

Everything went smoothly and Tom completed the work on time and on budget for what the estimate said.

Tom arrived as scheduled, accomplished his tasks in the allotted time, and arranged for his work to be reviewed by the city inspector.

It went awesome. Tom from wire works was very nice and fixed the problem right away for a great price.

Tom is a true professional. He's punctual and returns phone calls and text messages better than any contractor I've worked with before. His estimate was spot-on both in terms of cost and how long the job would take. He obtained the appropriate permit and the inspection went smoothly after the work was done. Maybe more importantly, Tom is someone you can trust... one of those people you can just hand the house key to and head to work without worrying. We'll most definitely be calling him with any future electrical work we do. If there was a rating higher than A, Tom would deserve it!

Tom came in and gave me a great deal on an electrical upgrade. He told me how I could save money instead of just doing what I told him.  When I explained what and why I needed 200 amp service he started walking me through it and gave me a great deal.  Every other electrician I called wanted over $2,000.

On the day of the installation, Tom showed up on time and got right to work.  He got it done on time and worked straight through, no breaks.

I am asking him to come back and do another job.

After coming to my place, he inspected the outlets and my circuit breaker.  He was very forthright that I had already taken the precautions necessary and I didn't need any work done.  While he was here, I had him give me a quick estimate for other work I might do in the future.  He didn't charge me for the inspection or the visit.

Being an out-of state landlord,  it's been difficult to find repair people to do competent work at a reasonable price,  I found WireWorks, Inc. on Angie's list and decided to give him a try.  My renter (who is quite fussy) reported that Tom was very personable and responsive to her requests.  He explained everything he did, and showed her the problems he found and corrected.  She was really happy!  We will us WireWorks in the future.

Overall it went well the technician was professional . He gave me an extimate on the needed work and completed the job in good time.
