+ -1 moreIt went very well. They got it all done in 1 day if you don't count quick earlier visits to inspect the roof and take measurements. The roof looks great and the crew did a wonderful job of cleanup afterward. The foreman Clint was very professional and was happy to answer any questions I had. It's been over a month with several hard rains and no leaks, so it's looking good. They even did a little touch-up work caulk job on my sunroom roof at my request with no extra charge. Also, one part of my gutter guards was intertwined with the previous roof and had to be torn out. Chandler then contracted a local company to come out and replace the gutter guards that had been removed.
Description of Work: They installed a Decra metal roof on my house. This went over top of the current shingles although I think they removed the outer ring of the older shingles as part of the process. We did not do the garage. That's next year.
