Landscaping, Dock Building and Repair
Showed up when he said he would, with minor changes due to weather. Worked until he was done (3-4 days), cleaned up, and left.
Receptive to changes while he was doing the job with proportionate increase in cost. (We decided to increase the amount of shore we wanted rocked when we saw how nice the original part looked.) He works strictly to contract so make sure the contract says what you want. Any contract changes will likely change the price
Cost was less than half of the next lowest bid--but work and material are first class.
