Description of Work: Scheduled and did not show up three times! Called the first two times saying he would be there later then he said and did not even call the third.

Description of Work: Plumber replaced a outside faucet. The whole process went well. I felt the |price was reasonable. The plumber was professional and courteous.

Description of Work: took several weeks after I was charged to get the service as he was overwhelmed with work. When he did come, work was as expected. However last month I had a clogged sink, spoke with Michael, he promised to phone me back with a time, and I never heard from him again. I think a good plumber but not a good businessman.

Description of Work: They never gave me an actual estimate for performing work. He kept saying that his niece was emailing me an estimate. I never receive it nor did he ever call me back. When I first called the father gave me a round about estimate without seeing the job, which was highly priced. The son was suppose to meet with me an didn't but did go out to the site.

Description of Work: Made Couple of phone calls, did not return my calls. ended up using another plumber.

Description of Work: They let me know since the Water meter and pipes had been stolen from the home that it would take quite a while to get the water back on in the house. They were prompt, polite and gave me an honest assessment of the situation at no charge.

Description of Work: My plumber was fantastic at the 2 drains he stopped from leaking in my kitchen. Best plumber I have used on Angie List.

Description of Work: They took care of a "Clogged Plumbing" emergency. They took care of it outside with a machine for this type of "!"

Description of Work: After attempting to clear a drain and failing, they thought they might have to cut through the kitchen floor to get at a collapsed pipe. After taking a little extra time to think about it, he found a creative route that saved our floor! Very pleasant and professional. Will definitely hire again when we need a plumber.

Description of Work: A quite simple kitchen faucet was installed by Hairston on August 12. Initial experience was satisfactory, but within hours of installation we noted that there was a clunking sound when water was turned on. We notified Hairston and were told that a small part was needed to fix the problem, which we ordered. |Since the part arrived we have called Mike at Hairston multiple times trying to set up an appointment for this small part to be installed. We have been given promises of a call back to set the appointment, but the only times we have talked are when we called him. NO CALLS BACK and now calls are going to his "full mailbox". |If Hairston would expect repeat business they must improve their customer relations policy.

Description of Work: Came in an completed projects that I requested, fixed toilets and check for leak in pipe line. I am going to request a return call as 1 toilet needs a new chain part.
