Everything went fine. Mike called me the next morning after I had sent a request for service. His guys arrived promptly. They worked efficiently as a team and did the job well. The only suggestion for improvement that I would have would be for them to wear some kind of uniform even if it was a company t shirt to give them a more professional look. They also should have automatically taken their shoes off or put on booties to walk in the house. They did ask me if they needed to take off their shoes and I told them not to bother, but in hindsight, I think they shouldn't have asked. They were both pleasant and good workers, just a rough edge.

They came out, reviewed the problem, quickly figured out what was wrong, brought back a toilet and installed it. I am happy with the work and the results. The owner and those who came out to the house were all very professional and polite. I am totally happy with the service.

Mr. Hariston and his crew were professional and thorough on a difficult in the ceiling job. They may be too busy right now, but once they got to it I was satisfied with the job. Plumbers as a whole are difficult group to work with but I liked the work this company did and I was comfortable with them.

Had a clogged kitchen drain. Went the extra mile to resolve it. Gave me options. Would definitely use again.

I waited several days but was never contacted. As a result I had to hire a different plumber at overtime rates during Christmas week to diagnose and correct the problem.

Company promptly responded t my call, set a convenient time/date for the service, and performed the work in a professional manner. Technician was courteous, responsive and cleaned up the area when job was competed. I would definitely use them again and would be comfortable recommending them to my friends and family.

I called after hours because the plumber my landlord usually uses was at a Christmas party. Michael (the plumber) had thought he was in for the night, but when he understood that I didn't have another toilet to use he cheerfully drove to my apartment. I've used plumbers in Chicago who charged $200 for a service call, so I was flabbergasted when he told me that the total cost (including an actual service) would be only $85. He was extremely courteous and I felt very at ease. If I were choosing my own plumber, I would definitely use Hairston in the future.

My experience was excellent. I received an Angie's list deal from Mike that made the service a real value. He was very pleasant and professional throughout the whole process. Mike communicated well about finding out from me what work I needed to have done, and to set up the appointment to do the work. Mike showed up and got right to work (there was a short delay from the scheduled time, but he called to let me know ahead of time). He was very efficient and effective on the job. He also walked me through what he was doing so it was clear exactly what work was performed. Mike had to use a little creativity to fix the bathtub problem (there was a troublesome old handle mechanism on the bathtub) but he got it all done. The price was fair. I will definitely use Hairston Plumbing for my next plumbing project.

Very professional! Continued to have an issue afterwards, but they promptly returned and corrected the problem.

Michael and crew of 2 others arrived and snaked out my basement drain. They were professional and courteous. They were neat and even gave us on tips on what to do for future. They answered all of our questions and explained everything throughly. Even on the phone he was very professional. I would highly recommend him and his company.

That worked out really well. I liked that they came out and did exactly what I had asked them to do as far as putting together a quote for me and didn’t try pushing me into a bunch of other services. They were clear and very knowledgeable about what did and didn’t need to be done. They were right on time and did a great job on the inspection. I will be using them quite a bit in the future.

Checked and determined what caused overflow from toilet. Checked piping going to upstairs toilet. Snake and correct flushing problem.

After determining we had two gas line leaks, I immediately contacted Michael, the owner and informed him of my situation, Although he was currently working on another job, he gave me an estimate of the time he could arrive. He was not only a man of his word, but it took him less than an hour to arrive at my home to repair the leak. He and his staff were professional, knowledgeable, personable, thorough and had the job repaired in less time that I had imagined. I would highly recommend this company for a fair and equitable service. In addition, it is worth the peace of mind in having a professional that knows what he is doing - especially with a critical job such as this.
