FOCAL POINTE

We have zero complaints about either of the jobs we hired Focal point for. Frank is a design genius, incidentally. Her listens to your ideas and works with you to come up with some very creative looks. This is not a big business, by the way. You are dealing with a single-owner who cares very much about his customers' satisfaction, and will go out of his way to get special touches taken care of.

I cannot recommend Focal Pointe enough.  They are not cheap but if you want someone who is there every day, on time, cleaning up better than you would yourself, keeping in touch with you and making everything right, use Focal Pointe.  I worked with Frank, the owner, from design to completion.  He and his team are perfectionists. They are efficient.  They get more done than you'd ever expect possible.  The work is beautiful.  The cabinet and construction quality is excellent.  Every night we came home and the floor was swept and everything was neatly put in its place.  Really, they treat your home like they would treat theirs.  Frank and team are very supportive throughout the remodeling process.  From start to finish, the work took about 8 weeks.  We ran into a few things we didn't expect (what project doesn't?) but they took them in stride and made sure I understood my options and the additional costs.  I did add things on as we went along and that did stretch out the time.  But that's on me. 

Since my construction, I've recommended them to 2 friends, one of whom had them do a kitchen tear out (and remodel) for them and they are thrilled with the work as well. 

When we do our next major project, we will use them again.  Construction is miserable, Focal Pointe makes it as painless as possible.

If you want to avoid all of the horror stories you've heard about contractors abandoning you in the middle of construction, for days at a time, use Focal Pointe.  You definitely get what you pay for.
