Terrible. I trusted that he would do what was on the contract, but he kept delaying and not responding. We live out of town so I couldn't check in person all the time. I believe that Keon Perryman who runs this operation counts on this: out of town people who are naive and he scams them, pretending to work at first and then slowing down to a halt and taking off with the money that he has received. His wife, Danielle Burton, also acted as an agent for this company and she claims that the $51,000 was employed toward the renovation of the house. One of the expenses she listed was a fraudulent $500 electricity bill that I reported to DTE in Detroit. Look at the pictures to see what I got for $51,000.
