We had a busted pipe in the bathroom floor costing us $600 but once the floor was opened revealed how bad the damage actually was. The leak had been that way so long that the floor joist were severely weakened. I was advise that they could not just repair the pipe because of the structural damage it probably would  happen again. I was so impressed by there concern for my families safety that my wife and I decided to go ahead with the complete remodel. I really appreciate how the staff at Derich Builders completed the project on time as I have a family of five with this being our primary bathroom.
