Description of Work: Terry is very professional. The guys did a great job with my front porch (footers and steps replaced) and a new railing. Always did a great job of cleaning up and keeping me informed.

Description of Work: Terry and the team repaired my garage. Every other company I contacted to do this repair wanted to charge me to much and made a bigger deal about the project than it was. Terry simplified things and was very professional. Thanks again Northwest Construction !

Description of Work: Siding of single car garage, custom decorative trim-work on house & garage gables, new gutter section, and new concrete front steps. Very happy with the results. Terry is extremely professional and always responded promptly to calls and inquiries. Will definitely consider again for future renovations.

Description of Work: Northwest was absolutely excellent. The owner himself comes out to inspect the job and quote and is involved the entire time the job is being done. He kept us informed and advised. The price was excellent and the job was superb. He treated our house like it was his own. We will definitely hire this company again.

Description of Work: My old shingles, although in fairly decent shape, kept blowing off every time we had high winds and I am getting too old to climb up and replace them. I am located on the east side of a lake, and right in line with the prevailing winds, so this happened periodically. Terry, the owner, recommended GAF shingles, rated at 130 mph winds (as high as I could find anywhere), as well as the complete GAF system of installation. I have done roofing when I was younger, so I know a little about it, and Steve and Mike did not cut any corners and everything was done correctly. The flashing details are beautiful, they ran the peak vents the whole length of the roof so it looked better, they cleaned up at the end of each day and are very nice people to boot. Because I had a new asphalt driveway, they used a rubber tired trailer for debris, did not drive the heavy delivery truck onto the drive, and hand carried all of the shingles up the ladder. There were only two roofers and one helper, so the job took a week. Other companies promised that the job would be done in 3 or 4 days, but I was looking for a quality job that was done correctly, and that is exactly what I got. Terry, the owner, is great to work with, and the roofers, Steve and Mike are great to work with. Roofing is hard work, and I appreciate how Terry, Mike and Steve handled everything. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, and in fact I have already recommended them to 3 of my friends who might need a roof job in the future.

Description of Work: I contracted Northwest Construction to have my old roof removed and replaced with new roofingwith all latest roof protection available, as well as additional ventsas deemed necessary. Owner Terry Burke is is easy to work withand his price was very attractive . compared to other estimates I had received from other companies. The crew forman Steve and hismen are real professionals and are very proficient at their trade. In addition to being consciensious workers, they took that extra stepto make sure the job is done right. There were a number of tasks theytook upon themselves to correct where the previous roofing company took shortcuts. The product used ( Timberline ) is top of the line andlooks great, the high definition shingles really sharpen the look of the house. I am very pleased with the entire experience. I would highly recommend these guys for roofing to anyone. Based on this experience, I can also assume that they would do a goodjob on any facet of their business.
