Mike was incredibly knowledgeable and flexible with scheduling. He replaced all locks throughout our home, and added new ones to some exterior doors. We were unable to purchase sets that were keyed alike, so he even adjusted the cores so we only had one key for our doors and made additional copies for us on the spot.
