Mike was very professional, he went a mile extra to repair my door that was difficult to close. I had to lean on the door to close it before he repaired the door. This wasn't part of the request he just did it at no extra charge. How wonderful was that. I would refer him to others and if I ever needed a locksmith he is the one. Thank you.

This gentleman was very professional. He called me immediately to schedule an appointment. I needed my locks change ASAP. He had no problem accommodating my needs. He arrived quickly. He began working right away. He completed the work quickly. The price was great! However, the keys were not included in the price. They were free! All 5 of them! I am more than satisfied with this service.

I was very pleased with MTL Locksmith. Mike arrived within an 1 hour of my call to him! He was professional and courteous. Installed front and back door locks for the price he quoted me on the phone. (No hidden fees or charges) He even made me some extra keys so I would not have to go the hardware store. I would certainly recommend his services.

I have already referred MLT Locksmith to the new owner of the house (which contains the safe that was worked on) as well as the real estate agent who worked with me as we sold the house. Choosing MTL is the easiest and safest service decision you will make! Arrived in 30 minutes or less and went above and beyond! I was on guard when calling MTL Locksmith due to a poor experience and botched job through "24 Hour Locksmith" earlier that day. MTL Locksmith, patiently answered my questions, not only finished the job on the side door but also went to the store to get a battery to fix the main issue (keypad entry malfunction on front door). All for less than half what the first guy charged to open one door and leave with no working lock. I am happy to now be a lifetime customer! MTL is the only one I will call!!

Received a call back immediately. Was at our house within forty minutes. This was done on a Sunday. The price quoted to us was what we paid--no unexpected costs! Definitely would recommend this company.

Mike was there in 40 minutes, done and gone in 40 minutes. He was very personable. Wish I had gotten his humber before I called the other company whose guy was 1/2 hour late, was there for 1 1/2 hours and couldn't re-key 2 locks, charging me 1/2 of what Mike did for completing the job.
