I LIKE THEIR SERVICE BECAUSE THEY PROVIDE A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT SERVICES. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE HARD DRIVE SINCE IT HAS BEEN REPAIRED.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH BEST BUY DID NOT GO VERY WELL. I THINK THEIR PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS BAD. I DO NOT THINK THEY DID A GOOD JOB RESPONDING TO MY NEEDS. THE BEST THING THEY DID WAS ARRIVE ON TIME.
