Not good roof still leaks they used old flashing and now I have mold and I paid to have wood replaced which was never done Now I have to replace roof again properly and pay all over again. I have to replace the wood which is now rotted. Had city inspector here to inspect. Owner will not fix the shoddy work and I have to have it redone again for double the price. I now have mold and damaged drywall .

He gave a 5 year warranty on workmanship but will not honor it. He did so many things wrong that kitchen ceiling collapsed. He was called out to see what went wrong and said it was fixed. But it is now leaking again in numerous places in house have been calling him for 3 days. He either won't return phone calls and when he does says he will send someone out but not him. Have been waiting for 3 days no one showed up and now will not call us back. We have pictures of all the shoddy work. Had to hire contractor to fix collapsed ceiling out of my pocket. Roof is only 2 years old and had problems since he did it. Now have to hire another roofer to repair his shoddy workmanship and have to hire someone to repair damage agin in house.

They did a good job installing the roof  in 2011 and cleaned up well afterwards.  They were on time and worked fast.  Only issue I had was getting them to come back out 2 years after the install to fix a leak that appeared to have been caused by a wind storm.

good job he responded to all my phone calls when i wasnt sure about things Shigles didn't lay down at first for a month or so and he said he would bring the manufacture rep over in spring but now they seem to be fine. He always called me back

Update I have asked at least 3 times for extra shingles (as he mentioned it when he first did the job) I even offered to come to his location to pick them up. At one time he said he would leave on the porch To no avail I still don't have any extra shingles incase of a storm and some blow off. I think this is his way of if ever that were to happen we would have to call him to do the job. Not too happy about this so I am changing my ratings on this contractor. Didn't follow thru with what he told me

The workmen showed up on time...and they completed the work as described. The tear off was conducted quickly and orderly and they cleaned up all of the debris without having to be coached, badgered, or reminded of their resposibilities. Overall this was a very painless process and I would use them again without question.

BIG HINT: Watch HGTV and especially EVERYTHING Mike Holmes does on Holmes on Homes. He does it right and you will learn a lot about what to do and what not to do. Also, get your contractors through Angie's list... I know I am from now on. When you get a contractor to do things... 1) Have CLEAR goals for the project and explain them to him/her. If they don't know your goals you are both just asking for trouble 2) Do the research... find out what is the right way to get things done. 3) GO OVER THESE steps with the contractor and MAKE sure your estimate includes ALL of these. INCLUDING site prep and cleanup 4) Inspect their work step by step to make sure all the correct layers of work are done correctly. It is really easy to do shoddy work and then just cover it up with some pretty trim and all looks good for about 1 or 2 years (maybe) and by then you will never get satisfaction from the contractor and you will have a much bigger problem than you started with. Also.. There is "code" and then there is doing a good and robust job. "Code" is MINIMUM. The $ and time difference between "code" and a good, durable and robust job is usually very small. In my case it would have been a few hours and maybe $100 in materials. I would have GLADLY spent the extra few hundred $$'s to have the issues fixed when the roof was 1st done in 2007.

They did a very good job and the price was reasonable as well. Everything was cleaned up really well when they were finished. They went over everything a couple of time cleaning up nails and debris. They were done quickly and the roof looks fantastic.

I originally hired this company in 1995 to put the new roof on my house. I was very pleased back then with the job they did. My roof is under a thirty-five year warranty, and they were very helpful and willing to take care of the repair when they came out this summer.

THIS IS A QUALITY COMPANY. THEY ESTIMATED THE COST ONE DAY AND CAME OUT TWO DAYS LATER TO DO THE JOB. THE GUTTERS REALLY MAKE MY HOUSE LOOK NICE. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY. I AM SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID FOR ME. THEY CAME IN AND GOT THE JOB DONE MUCH QUICKER THAN EXPECTED. THEY EVEN CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
