Get everything you want done in writing. I had 3 specific things that I wanted done with the repiping of my house. I didn't find out until the end of the day that they couldn't put in the trap on my bathtub because theydidn't have the right parts. My house is small so I was able to hear the guy in charge that he was going tocut of early and he was the one who was suppose to put in the trap.When I called to see when he was coming back. he tried to get out of putting it in. I had to point outthat I told him I wanted the trap when he came for the estimate, I told the other plumbers whenthey came to do the work and I had written it on the contract and did he want to see a copy of it.He sent his brother to finish the job.

Bennett refilled the coolant in the central A/C unit at a very reasonable cost. In the past Bennett has performed various plumbing services that were professionally executed and reasonably priced.

The toilet that I had them install last summer, would clog now and then. This last time we couldn't get it to unclog. I called Jim Bennett of Bennett Plumbing. It was on a Saturday. I explained that since I had another bathroom to use, he did not have to come out that day. He came out early on Monday morning, and decided to just put in a whole new toilet. He thought it was defective. He and Joe Bennett came out the next day, and put the new toilet in, in about a half hour. No Charge!!!!!!! He also fixed a part on my sink faucet at no charge. They are truly one of a kind!!!

They did a good job. They responded quickly. They came out two hours after I called them and completed the work in a couple of hours. They were also reasonable priced. I will use them again.

I'm a 1st time homeowner and nervous about having strangers in my home and being taken advantage of financially. I was extremely comfortable with the two men that worked on my sink. They were pleasant, talked to me about the problems they saw, and were very professional. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

This is the 4th or 5th service I've hired Bennett to do. Always prompt, professional and reasonable on price. I mentioned that I'm interested in adding a bathroom in my basement, and the guy who did the work mentioned he would get me a quote, which never happened.

I'm a landlord and I have a house that's partially changed from galvanized to copper plumbing. The duct work that he did looks really good. I also had him install 120 gallon hot water tank in our Church and he did a good job there. If I have any more plumbing issues, I'm going to use him and if our Church has any more plumbing needs, they are going to use him too. In fact at Church he had started coming out and doing the basic checks on the boiler system for a number of years before he did the plumbing. He came in at a lower price. He did the job and filled out all the necessary paper works. I'm happy with him. I would tell people that he's excellent and he's going to be my plumber from now on. He's terrific. In fact before Bennett came out, I had a sewer cleaning company come out and clean out the sewer because I had some water backing up in the drain. The guy had told me that I needed to have the trap replaced which required breaking up the basement floor and it would be about $2500. Bennett came out and looked at it and said he would snake through and see what he could do. He snaked through and said that there was no need to change the trap. His price is excellent.

Overall, both jobs were done to perfection. They were prompt, courteous and very friendly. I would highly recommend Bennett Plumbing to anyone. If I have any further plumbing issues, I will definitely call Bennett Plumbing.

They quoted me a price over the phone and estimated the time it would take. He was prompt, arriving right on time. He communicated well making sure he involved me during the process. He did exactly what he said he would do and it took care of the situation.

I joined Angie's List (unfortunately). Found BEST PLUMBING in Dearborn, MI How this company got on your list is way beyond me, so take it off. I live in a manufactured home (none of the plumbers on your list will do work in manufactured homes). Best Plumbing said they would 'try' to help me, but couldn't promise anything; however it would cost $300 just to come out and look. I was desperate so I agreed. Water was flooding the area and running down the storm drain (end bill was $2,000 just for water bill). It took them a couple hours to get here. They did figure out how to shut the water off. The pipe running to my bath tub had burst, so we agreed they would cap it for me. No paperwork was completed. Two guys arrived in an unmarked van. After the 'work' was completed and several hours had passed (they were running off to home depot, etc). While outside they called their "boss" via cell phone to get a price. When they came in they said $600 an an argument ensued. I would have thought the $600 would have been enough for what they did. Immediately the "boss" called my home and got in on the arguement. The "boss'" name is Brian Ziga. I am in poor health and very tired of being taken (even by Angie's List) and I live on my meager disability check. I asked for a bill of sale/receipt and one was written up on a blank work form. I read it and told them to rewrite it as it was written as if they had 'repaired' my pipe to a fully working status.. they only capped it. I asked to see their plumbing licenses.. they were back at the office. Yeah, right. The office existed only in the phone of Brian Ziga. I asked Brian to give me the license #s from their licenses, but he got hedgy and refused as he did not want anyone else be able to commit fraud by using their licenses. (HELLO!? What is a license for? My Xhusband is a licensed builder. He has both a card for his wallet and big chunk of paper in a frame in his house/office.) They told me they were Christians and would never cheat me... I'm Christians too and was about ready to call the cops as they would not leave my house, even with a $600 check in their hands. They had the nerve to tell me they'd lower the cost if I paid them in cash. Excuse me. I don't have cash in my home. These are the type of people that hate banks, won't use them, and get their monies by the 50s/100s bills. I started crying and kept telling them to get out and take the money with them. My crying caused the 2nd guy to get out of my sight and contact the "boss" again who then called again. My blood pressure was about to burst my carotid artery and I just wanted them out and gone. I had hung up on Brian and one of their phones rang and Brian told them to shut up and leave. I never did receive a rewritten work order or a receipt that I paid, except for my cancelled check. Please remove them from your list. I only have one person in this world that I ever see and they were here the whole time that the "plumbers" were here. You might want to find out from plumbers, electricians, roofers/siders if they DO work on MANUFACTURED homes. I would not have wasted so much time and money on this deal with you. Now I am harassed by you asking for things I 'looked at' on your site, or sending me offers!! If I have a need, I will find the right person/company to help me with my needs. Thanks, Candy Thomas

Very prompt and clean. He had all the supplies to complete the job on his truck. He did a very good job.

Outside faucet had a slow leak. We've used Bennett plumbing before and this experience was like the others: quick response, fair pricing, great work. Their people are always extremely competent and careful to not make a mess beyond what's necessary. On this particular job, there was some uncertainty about when they would be able to do the work, we were given a 2 day spread, which was somewhat inconvenient, especially since we had to call them several time to find out if they would have time to "squeeze us in" or not. Normally, however, they are more specific about their availability. The work was top notch.

The company did a great job. They did the entire job, cleaned up everything after themselves. Took with them the old pipes. Besides the work order, they did some small jobs. Some that were not specified in the work order. They were great to work with.

THEY GAVE ME AN EXACT TIME THAT THEY WOULD ARRIVE SO I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT AROUND ALL DAY FOR THEM. WHEN THEY GOT THERE, THEY WENT RIGHT TO WORK AND WAS DONE IN A FEW HOURS.

THEY SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE AND DID GREAT WORK. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WORKED VERY HARD TO FINISH AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. THE ESTIMATE THEY GAVE ME WAS RIGHT ON TARGET.

THIS COMPANY DID A SPECTACULAR JOB FOR ME. THEY WERE CLEAN AND PROPER AND I JUST COULDN'T ASK FOR BETTER LABORERS. THEY DID EVERYTHING PERFECT AND ARE JUST A GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE.
