We got some good information from the salesman on the different types of furnaces available and efficiency levels. He made a good recommendation at a good price for the type of furnace that would work best in our house. Unfortunately, the furnace they installed was not the one we thought we were getting. Fortunately, it was a "higher level" model but had a feature we did not want, and certainly didn't want to pay for. I don't know if he made an honest mistake or just told me what I wanted to hear just to get the sale. Anyway, in the end we supposedly got more furnace than we paid for, which is better than the other way around. The installation went smoothly and they appeared to install everything properly. We had to have them come back to fix a problem with some ductwork nearby that was dislodged during the installation, but that was done without complaint and a nice job, too. There was some confusion as to how the humidifier should work, but we eventually got answers on that too.

THEY ARE VERY EDUCATED ON HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING. THEY ALWAYS GET THE PROBLEM FIXED THE FIRST TIME. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT THEY DO.

I HAVE THEM CLEAN MY AIR DUCTS EVERY COUPLE OF YEARS OR SO, AND THEY DO REALLY GOOD WORK. I REALLY LIKE HOW FRESH MY HOUSE SMELLS WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED. THE PRICE IS ALSO VERY FAIR.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE NEW HOT WATER HEATER, SO THEY MUST HAVE DONE A GOOD JOB. THEY RETURNED ALL OF MY CALLS AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I HAD THEM INSTALL A NEW FURNACE AND WHILE THEY WERE HERE I HAD THEM CLEAN THE AIR DUCTS. I REALLY THOUGHT IT WOULD HAVE COST MORE BECAUSE I HAVE A VERY LARGE HOME.
