I think he does an excellent job. We have been very satisfied with his work that is why we had him do several different jobs. The price was fair.

This is the fourth time we have used Ryan Hughes for home improvement/repair projects. He always does a great job at a fair price and in a timely manner. We will continue to use his services when we have additional projects.

He did an absolutely marvelous job. He was very punctual and did a good job of explaining everything he was doing. If he didn't do something, he explained to me why he wasn't doing this thing. I felt very comfortable with him around the house.

For the better part..it went well. But, this person represented himself as experienced in doing the type of house I have. He was not. His workman sliced the copper flashing on one end of the house. He did such a terrible job which ended in an altercation with my son. After stop payment of his check, he returned to tear off the entire area and reroof and patch (a quick fix) again. That area, after 3 years is now leaking again. He has refused to come back and fix it. He says because of the altercation with my son, and that he does not want to guarantee it again. There are other areas on the house that are not correct such as not covering the black area on shingles at overhand extensions. This was not an easy house to shingle...but, that was my reason for asking if he had the experience to do this. He did not, nor did his young crew. It is going to cost me thousands to repair it. People like this should be stopped. He told me he has never had another complaint.
