Excellent. The units were all that we expected, very fair price. Our technicians, Bran & Nevin were professionals. Polite, punctual and met every expectation of service. The job (Job #HD804068) had to be done in a couple of different days due to scheduling conflicts, but they left their work area tidy and were attentive to all of our requests. Would hire again.

Randy Phillips was quick to respond to our inquiry and visit the house to discuss the project and refine the order. Before he left, we had an emailed informational brochure on the specific unit and a copy of the work order (RA804031) and final cost. As scheduled, Brad and Nevin arrived on time on 4/3/18 and assessed the task, replaced the furnace, humidifier, and installed a new thermostat very efficiently, made sure that everything was working as planned, and reviewed maintenance and adjustment processes with me and left before the house had a chance to cool down. If furnace works as well as they did, I will be thrilled!

Very badly. They showed up and left. Came back the next day when I was at work. I came home to a ten inch tube going from the floor to ceiling in the wrong place. It was set up to go in a closet. When I tried to talk to Andy who was doing the work, he walked away from me. He told me that my husband approved the new placement. I am not married. Nothing was put in the place where I had arranged it with Charles my sales guy. The vents and everything were in different places. It was a $4,000 mistake. Impossible to box in where it is placed and looks horrible to have two huge ten inch tubes right as you walk in the front door of my house. I just got the last 2 air registers yesterday instead of the few days it was suppose to be. No call ahead of time.

Holland Heating & Cooling is a premier company from the bid though the installation. The bid process was very thorough. The gentleman completely surveyed the house, current furnace, made a bid, and answered all questions. He was exceptionally professional. A special shout out goes to the technician, Cliff Andrew, for being punctual and professional. His work on job # RA802196 on 2-19-18 was exceptional. We chose Holland Heating and Cooling because we liked what Jeff Lee had to say. He was so confident in the brand of the water heating system, in the technicians who would be installing and in Holland's customer service. He was knowledgeable of the whole process starting with product information, installation, then, to care in the following years. Jeff even worked with us on a financing deal, on the phone, in the evening, from his home! Both technicians, Cliff and Bob were friendly, proficient and took pride in their work. Some work was done in the crawl space. Talented guys- plumbers, electricians, AND gas pipe fitters. Placement and configuration of plumbing looks neat and efficient. We are pleased with the way it was stalled and looks in the utility closet. The work area was cleaned up. Electrical, gas piping, outside venting, unit installation, permit if required, and removal of old equipment was included in this very affordable (good price!) purchase. We have heard about and expect energy $$$ savings from this appliance. We had the unit installed today, Feb. 22, 2018, job# HD802221, so no product review on the gas NAVIEN NR210A, Condensing Water Heater (heating hot water as you use it). Yes we did receive top-notch service at our home on 2/6/18 Job # HD802053 with Brad and Nevin. When your furnace stops working in the dead of MI winter, you wonder if you will be ripped off--since you are in a real pinch! So we checked out 3 other heating and cooling companies, before our "in-home appointment" with Holland H & C--which we learned about through Fenton Home Depot. From our first meeting with Randy Phillips, we were impressed with the professionalism of this company and the respectful way that we were treated--and options patiently explained. No pressure to buy the most expensive--just good honest facts. When the price was quoted, it was much less than two of the companies and the same as another--but since we had some extenuating circumstances (furnace going under the house--smaller crawl space and large furnace!), we were impressed by Randy's ability to problem solve and adapt--still giving us a great price. The job was quite complex; they could have charged us a lot more--but they were fair and reasonable. Brad and Nevin who came out to do the job, also had to do extra adaptation and problem-solving (new situations discovered cause of age of the house), but they were proficient, patient and professional throughout the whole job. Very respectful and knowledgeable young men. We appreciate their ability (and willingness) to communicate and explain things --to novices who are not to familiar with furnace installations. Brad and Nevin were always prompt and worked hard throughout the time that they were here. There was no problem with smoking, unseemly language or laziness--as they were in our home (installing thermostat) a few times throughout the job. We felt very comfortable having them in our home and asking them questions. The people who we worked with were all honest, friendly and skilled in their profession. We would recommend this company to anyone!

Brad and Nevin were the installers they were professional timely, skillful, and prompt on job. They were very opened about what was needed to be done. They were considerate in making sure nothing was ruined or damaged while working on the installation of the new furnace. My wife and I were very pleased with their performance and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to need repairs or a furnace installed.

Project went very well. The crew that came to do the installation were courteous, professional and conscientious. The technicians TJ and Matt were knowledgeable and always ready to answer our questions. The electricians that accompanied the techs were also very knowledgeable and friendly. We felt very confident and relaxed at them being in our home and completing their job. Totally recommend this company for installing a whole house generator. I was having trouble with my oil burner furnace. The house smelled like fuel oil. I placed a service call with Holland Heating & Cooling. An appointment was scheduled. The service person called ahead and told me when he'd be at my house. He arrived on time. He quickly determined the problem, My heat exchanger had been burned through. He showed me the issue and described the details surrounding it and discussed the options. The best option was to buy a new furnace. He helped me select the best furnace, helped me set up financing, and scheduled the installation for the following day. The furnace installation crew called ahead to let me know when they would arrive. They arrived on time. They made sure tarps were put down on my floors to keep them clean. They quickly removed the old furnace and installed the new furnace. They recommended that they do additional work which I thought was beyond the scope of the original project such as replace old rusted duct work and install a new chimney exhaust pipe. They said since this is what they would do if this was their own house they recommended that it should be done. Very pleased with the quality of the work and very much appreciated the extra attention to detail. The Work order number was RA712195 and the name of the Technicians was TJ and Bob. Top Notch Service - Thanks guys!

Scott H performed the tuneup, and additionally diagnosed a problem with the combustion blower. The bearings were going bad. He replaced the blower, and the furnace worked well. The invoice number was 113907, and the work was performed on November 28, 2017

On 12-18-2017, the Holland Heating technicians, Jake and Aaron, were able to complete the job within several hours. They were very meticulous and thorough and also answered our many questions. They were respectful of our home and laid drop cloths on all the areas that were necessary. On completion, they cleaned up everything and it all looked great as they were leaving. Our new furnace warmed our house very quickly and it feels so good to have the units installed that will give us reliable service for many years to come. I called Holland heating and air-conditioning and they sent Jeff out to give a estimate. We agreed on a price, only problem I had was a slight mixup on the worksheet and the final contract. He e-mailed the worksheet to me and I seen it was just a mistake in transferring the numbers. Chris came out a few days later to install it and did a great job.
