My window would do some crazy things sometimes, but I never thought anything of it. As long as it went up and down, I didn't pay attention much to it. Hank Graff service center notified me of the recall and got me scheduled to come in. Jason C. was the service adviser that I spoke with. He always greats me with a smile. He is very knowledgeable and personable. Jason always makes me feel like I am the ONLY customer. It makes me feel good every time I go in. They got the window repaired promptly and got me on my way.

They vave me an estamate in about 15 mins. Dropped my vehicle off for the repairs they were out of rental cars so they gave me a loaner off the lot to us for the 4 days while mine was in for repairs.
