Very mixed experience. I had them come out for 3 services. I had to call them to schedule the appointment because a week went by and I was not contacted. They called me to tell me they were on the way a week early so I told them to come back in a week. Originally they had 2 guys scheduled but it ended up only being one guy who was apparently still in training to do the water softener portion. The other guy showed up for 15 minutes or so but not sure I got my complete money's worth on the water softener portion. I was hoping they would adjust the recharge schedule based on the water hardness but nothing got changed because the softener expert had to leave before the water was turned back on.
Now the reason the water was off was because during the water heater flush the supply valve broke. There was a leak and the technician tried to tighten the packing nut and it split the packing nut. I didn't blame him, these things happen, and I was willing to pay a reasonable fee to have it replace, the quoted cost, $149!! I said no way is that happening. I know roughly the cost of the valve and the time involved to install and that's ridiculous. That was more than the entire pre-paid cost of the the visit. We went back and forth for awhile and they ended up just replacing it for free. I offered to at least pay for the valve but they said not to worry about it. I appreciate the final outcome, I just wish we didn't have to go thru the back and forth to get there. Not even sure my water heater got the full flush I was hoping for.
The furnace was great. He checked over everything and I have no concerns. He even helped me sniff out a couple small gas leaks.

after inspection, they offered a total new system for over $2,000. they also offered to get a price for a new control head that they said i needed, but I never got a call back! Not very professional!

It was excellent. As soon as I called them they were here. They responded right away. They did a lot of work for us here like bathroom remodel and for the heating. They always do what they say they were going to do. They were pretty competent in their own time.

Provider showed up, I took him down stairs and showed him my water softener.  I said that the softener still cycles but it was not using the salt; therefor, it was not softening the water. I was asked how old was my softener and I said about 13 years old. Right off the bat he tried to convince me that my softener was approaching it's service life. I am not that stupid but I asked him to check it anyway.  He never even diagnosed the problem but did test the water to give me results for hardness, pH and Iron.  He said my water softener was broken and that I needed a new one??  I played along with his sales pitch but elected not to purchase ($1900+). I called a "true" water softener company and they did an excellent job. I spent about $230 and my water softener works like brand new.
Very disappointed that a company would send someone out and tell me it does not work and then try to sell me something.  I wonder how many customers fell for that trick.  I guess I should have used a water softener company instead a heating and Cooling company.

The service was fine. There were not any problems. He did the tune up on the AC. I had 2 unites for him to service and it was able to do both of them in about an hour. He was very professional and knew what he was doing.

They called today and said that they do not work on weekends and that is the only time I can have them come.

They wanted to charge me an additional $95.00 to come out which I thought was to high so I am requesting a refund.

Technician was very professional, very nice. Did what he needed to do, cleaned up when he was done, and answered all my questions.

The service worked out well. I had installed a garbage disposal and it was not draining and had a leak. They fixed the garbage disposal and it has been working properly since.

Great service, very professional. Would use again. Checked programming and what was needed to run properly.
