I had some trouble selling my house, it was on the market for about 2 months so I gave Dan K. A shot. He came to my house to take a look for himself and gave me a very honest assessment along with some possibilities to improve the listing. After I had hired him he always kept in contact and made sure everything was fine. I also love the streamlined system for house showings! While timelines for a sale may vary from house to house, my number of showings jumped up I ended up and I needed less than a week to get the offer I accepted. I would love to hire again!

Excellent!! Absolutely without hesitation I would hire Dan again. I had previously listed the home with a "flashy" realtor someone had recommended and I lost valuable selling time due to his lukewarm enthusiasm. The second time around I did my research and found Dan. He has a rock solid record, decades of history in the area and combines old school methods with 21st century technology. Dan was incredibly responsive, listened to my concerns and offered guidance and honest feedback. I feel as though he was really in my corner and gained a friend in the process. Professional: Dan was very prepared, experienced, and fast when we needed it. I had a few questions along the way and he knew all the answers. He gave recommendations where appropriate which were always valuable. Dan listed our house at the perfect price to get the best sale financially and within a very short time. My biggest thing to say about Dan's professionalism is his communication. I always received phone calls when things were moving or not moving during the entire process. When we were looking for a new house he was always available and jumped on any new request I had. I think I got Dan's voicemail once...and he called back within 10 minutes. You can be assured Dan is working for you.

Although I was reluctant to list the house the day before leaving on vacation, Dan convinced me that the time was right. Within 2 hours of signing the listing papers, the calls to show the house began. We had a signed purchase agreement within 12 hours. From the beginning of our encounter, Dan was right on with his assessment of our property, the pricing and the amout of traffic we would have throgh the house. He is knowledgable of the real estate market and what to expect.

Overall it went well! If there were any problems it was because of the buyers agent. We were the sellers. Dan however handled all the situations that occurred professionally.

Saying Dan Klavitter is a great agent would be an under statement. He found a way to balance the sale of our current house with the purchase of our new house which wasn't an easy task. Our buyer and his agent were a nightmare and our new home was Fannie Mae but Dan made it all a walk in the park. The one thing I noticed about Dan that I noticed was difference about other agents is he made us feel like we were his only clients. We weren't selling some million dollar mansion, just a tiny starter home but we were still treated with the utmost respect and professionalism as all of Dan's other clients with the big lakefront homes. Each appointment we had with Dan, he was there at least 10 minutes early and never rushed us into any decisions. He always had several options for us in regards to homes to look at the drop of a hat and was always available when it was convenient for us; evenings, weekends; sometimes even late night phone calls about concerns we had. Selling our house was a very scary experience but having Dan in our corner made it so much easier. He is a very calm, easy going guy with an endearing, honest smile. We are so glad to have had to opportunity to have worked with him.

Our home search continues, but Dan continues to be a big help.
