BELLA ROSE FLOWER MARKET

BEWARE!!!! For Valentines Day, I bought an exquisite and fancy Orchid from this shop. 30 minutes later, when I found out from my girlfriend that she would prefer not to receive flowers for Valentines day the next day, I went back to return this gift. Immediately, they offered me store credit, which was not preferred, but at least acceptable. THEN, when the counter girl needed help doing said transaction on the drawer, the woman in the back CHANGED HER MIND about the store credit, stating that this NOW was a "custom order" and they did not offer refunds of any kind on "Custom Orders". This $53 Orchid was never touched in any way, in preparation by the staff, there were no additional flowers added, nothing. The only changes made to the plant were a replaced different colored bow, and a replaced upcharged different colored pot. SO, in my mind, this woman just might have been too lazy to walk up front to help her subordinate with the refund transaction. This is NOT the kind of business that I will be patronizing ever again. And, you should think twice about it, as well. Instead of walking up front to give me a refund, she chose to lose a customer for life, and put her business at risk for online outbursts like this. I sure hope that that $53 magically appears on my card now, so I can stop posting these rants....
