We picked these window through our builder, we have had many of the seals break and hardware. They came out to service them but only after several calls. When the came out they measured and we were told that they would order the glass, should be 2 weeks. After several weeks we call and they couldn't remember any order. They reordered and we had to fallow up several weeks later because they do not call you when it comes in like they say they will. When they came out to fix the glass, they did not bring the screen that they had to replace because they had broke the one in the window. They left us with one that they had on hand and promised that they would make one to fit. The large round window that needed replace they did not do at that time because it was on the second floor and it was icy then. He suggested we hold off on anything else until we came to the end of the replacement period and we should do everything at once. So we did, we sent notification via certified mail of what was needed. They never acknowledged the letter so again we followed up. After calling and emailing and threatening we finally had him come out to measure the window. We again did not hear from them so I called and the office said it was not on the truck so they will call me in a week of two. That was in the Spring. I really don't understand why they don't just do this. They seem pleasant enough when you talk to them but they just won't do anything. We are now almost 2 years into this and I have lost all patience. Unfortunately more windows are now fogged up too. I would never recommend this company, mostly the windows look good but the customer service is just awful. I do not like to be lied to.
