The technician was 1.5 hours late, but he did stay past the allotted time. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Great - we had to schedule a follow up appointment because of amount of outlets that needed attention. Punctual and did everything he agreed to do.  Flexible on whether or not to install a new fan -- we decided not to.

Sam from Mr Electric showed up more than a half hour earlier than the appointment.  Did not wait for me to arrive as the specified time.  Instead called my wife at my home (he assumed he was at my home) and then disturb our tenant to open the garage door prior to my being on the scene.  When I arrived before the scheduled time, introduced myself, he just sat in the truck, did not explain anything including about the coupon offer made by Mr Electric, only said we needed a 200 amp service.  This is for a 1950s 2000 sq ft ranch.  I stared at him in disbelief. He said he was emailing us quotes, which he did but they do not make sense either.

Sam was the electrician.  I wanted to know why my outside outlets were not working.  He was very efficient in finding the problem.  He was inside to check the electrical panels to check out the differentials for the problem.  He was courteous and respectful when I asked him to remove his shoes or wear shoe covers.  Very nice and profession.  He came back as scheduled and got the job done.

I scheduled an appointment for an electrical inspection and service call to look into why two rooms were not receiving power, and the office staff confirmed a 2pm to 4pm arrival of their electrician. The electrician never showed up, and when I called their office staff after 4pm told me that they were aware that the electrician was not going to be making any appointments that day after his first, which he was held up on. They made no effort to get in touch with me or attempt to correct the issue, and once I finally called them and asked why no one showed up they had nothing to say other than telling me they could have someone else out the following week.

I thought the price was high for what they did. just told me what I needed which would have been an additional cost.

A number of days went by and there was no email from Steve.  So, my wife called the office and let them know we had not received an estimate and verified the email address in case there was a miscommunication.  They were nice on the phone, but we never heard anything more from them.   So we are done with "Mr Electric" and will go elsewhere.

He performed the service. He left an estimate that I thought was to high.

I have had a lot of workers and trades through my house.  This guy came on time both days, very courteous and gave helpful suggestions.  He talked well about his company and takes pride in what he does.   He did everything!  He moved things that needed to be moved to perform his tasks, ask for a broom and cleaned up.  It looked at though nobody was there when he was done.  I have had other contractors leave boxes, shavings, nails, and dust.

IT WAS ONE OF THE FEW CONTRACTORS THAT DIDNT LEAVE ANOTHER MESS WHEN HE LEFT, LIKE TOUCH UP PAINT FOR FINGER SMUDGES, SCRATCHED FURNITURE.  JUST NOT HAVING TO CLEAN UP THE MESS THAT HE HAD TO MAKE TO WIRE WAS A HUGE PERK.  THAT'S OLD SCHOOL WORK ETHIC.  I DIDN'T REALLY KNOW HE WAS HERE.  HE WORKED STEADY AND ONLY CHATTED WHEN I INITIATED CONVERSATION.  I LEARNED HE'S A GREAT WORKER AND A GREAT FAMILY MAN.  HE EVEN TOOK A MINUTE OUT TO GIVE ME A CAULKING TIP WHILE I WAS CAULKING MY SINK.

I had paid for 2 hours service.  He finished the job in 1/2 hour.  He did not ask if I needed anything else done.  I felt a little cheated, but blamed myself for not having a list.
My major complaint is that I told the man before he started working and when he was done that I had had it fixed twice before and it only worked for a little while.  He was not interested.  The light worked about a month, then stopped working.  I did not call them back because I felt they did a poor "patch up" job when they were there, and did not take the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem,.
