Our house has a Hip and Valley roof, with an addition that was added in the 50's. The existing roof was about 25 years old, and was at about the end of it's usable life. I contacted four companies, including two big name brands, and one who did roofing on the side. I received three quotes (one of the big name companies never gave us a price), and they were all fairly close. We decided to use Lupo Home Improvement because of the recommendations we received, and the fact that the estimator was one of the owners of the company and knew what he was talking about. The roof ended up taking 2 and 1/2 days due to working around the weather, but communication was good, and they cleaned up every night. The gutters were done on the 3rd day. When everything was completed, you couldn't tell that anyone had been there everything was so clean. The new roof looks and works great. The gutters are a huge improvement over the old beat up gutters we had. I feel that we had the best install our roof, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

They showed up early on the scheduled day, and did a great job. They were careful to avoid the flowerbeds, kept any attic debris to a minimum, and it looks great.

I was referred by a neighbor who had his roof replaced last fall. The neighbor gave me an unqualified positive recommendation. This meant a lot to me because this neighbor is very careful in hiring contractors to work on his home. I called Ron Lupo and discussed what I wanted and we set a date to meet and get a free estimate. Ron was easy to talk with on the phone and he was on-time for the appointment we set for the following week. When we met, he was well prepared and provided me a folder and pictures of various shingles. Based on the recommendation of my neighbor and listening to Ron's presentation and proposal, I agreed to contract with Lupo Home Improvement, Inc. to tear off and re-roof my home and I signed an agreement. I couldn't be happier with quality work that was done and completed about 10 days later.
