"This is Spencer the owner of Advance Restoration and i was personally on this job and remember it very well. My company tries very hard to make all customers happy which can be a proven difficulty at times especially when the the entire south eastern state is under a "state of emergency". Roads being closed, lack of resources and working shifts with no sleep can prevent us from doing a perfect job. Our pricing is set by industry standard. I even bought an old worthless piano from Barbara for $500 just to help reduce the price for her.We sincerely apologize to Barbara and all of the people that were affected by this tragic catastrophe."
