 + -1 moreThe transaction was continually burdened by their failure to negotiate in good faith, frequently using passive-aggressive techniques in an attempt to either confuse or bully me into decisions and actions that were clearly ill advised, and in one instance of questionable legality. Their interests were too frequently placed ahead of their clients'. This review applies to my particular agent as well as the agency leadership.
Description of Work: Agency functioned as both the seller's and buyer's agent for a commercial real estate transaction.
