We had used Sean before and given him a five star review with a POH nomination. This time things didn't go well. Commitments/promises were not kept, communication was inconsistent and weeks after he had promised to have the job complete, we had to fire him and hire another contractor to finish the job. We ended up in small claims court and then had to garnish his funds to get the money awarded us by the court.

He was a "no show".

I had a very good experience with Sean Cambel, who did a great job. He was very pleasant and did what he said he would do. He was a very nice person and gave me a good price. Actually, there were a lot of people we wanted to use for doing different things, but we selected him because he came up with good answers and a very reasonable cost.

Sean is awesome! My biggies for a contractor are: quality of wok, punctuality, cleanliness and COMMUNICATION. Sean hit them all out of the park! There are always issues on a re-model both as the client and as the contractor but Sean stayed in touch all the time and despite some challenges came in on-time and on budget. He was so easy to have around and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. We have already signed him up to do two more jobs for us. He will be our first call every time we need work done on our house.

I found them through a friend. We had four estimates. We looked at the quality of work that they were going to be providing and the amount of work and their price was the most competitive. They had good references as well.
