DEPENDABLE SEPTIC TANK CLNRS

I had to wait a little under a week from when I called to set up the appointment to the day they arrived to do the work. They told me when I set the appointment, they could not give me an estimated time when the truck would arrive.  I figured I would call on the morning of the appointment to get an estimate. I was told sometime before 5pm.  Wow.  I had to sit at home all day, not knowing when they were coming? They then told me to leave a check on the door if I had to go somewhere (which I did). So I left an envelope on the door with a request that the tech call me when he started the work since I was right around the corner. I got a call from the tech telling me he was finished and leaving. Basically, I never saw the work being done and I got a receipt that said the tank was pumped... that's it. Not how much was pumped out or any other details. I'm hoping the work was done correctly but I'll never know since he didn't call me "before" he started and I could have just came home to meet him. He only called after he finished. I never saw him, but I'll have to assume the job was done.
We requested that the tech call when he was on his way but were told that the drivers are not allowed to use their phone while driving.  Why can't the driver call before he starts driving? The cable, satellite, electric and gas companies can do it. Poor excuse. The customer service is lacking. I can't really comment on the quality of service since I cant actually tell if the tank was actually pumped since I didn't witness it and the invoice has no detail at all.
Overall, I don't think I would use them again. The price was very low, but I'm beginning to think that the low price is reflected in the level of service I received.  Should have paid an extra $100 for better service from another company.
