Description of Work: I had my three car wide, approximately 65 ft. long driveway done by them and they did an excellent job. I referred them to my son-in-laws business and they did an excellent job there also. That project was a parking lot and it was huge.

 + -1 moreBecause we were a small job, Aand N had to fit us in between larger jobs. Therefore they could not give us a definate date but estimated it would be 2 to 3 weeks. The called us in approximately 2 weeks to say that they could come out. Once they called to let us know the day and time, they appeared as scheduled and did the job in one day. The sales contact returned calls promptly and, after giving us the initial estimate, he followed up with a letter thanking us for allowing them to give us a quote. The other company did not follow up either by letter or phone. The sales contact showed up during installation to be sure that the job was being done as we had expected and answered our questions concerning the process and materials. A crew of 7 plus paving machinery made the job go quickly. The crew cleaned up after themselves and we are pleased with the job. The test will be several years down the road to see if the extra subgrade used will prevent the driveway from sliding again.
Description of Work: We had a driveway measuring 30' by 50' torn up and replaced. The driveway is on a slope and the old driveway was sliding down toward the street. In addition, the street was resurfaced a couple of years ago resulting in a dip or swale along the foot of the driveway. We obtained two estimates and A&N turned out to be the lower of the two. The first estimate was all inclusive. The estimate from A&N was contingent on a number of factors dealing with the amount of subgrade needed and the total amount of asphalt eventually used. This last was due to the amount that would be needed to level the foot of the driveway with the new roadway. The final cost was below the A&N intial estimate and below the estimate of the other company.

 + -1 moreThey were very efficient. It was nice that they had enough people on the job to get it done very quickly. I was so pleased with them. The price was a little higher but their quality of work was outstanding. I could not say enough great things about them. I had trouble with my heated driveway before and they were able to get everything working properly.

 + -1 moreThey showed up at noon and tore out old asphalt. Added base and releveled the area. Put down 2 inch first course and then followed up with 1.5 inch topping. They did 460 square feet at approximately the same cost as the other bidders. They provided a small curb to channel rain water away rock wall and even tested it with a hose before they left. They cleaned up and left by 5 pm.
Description of Work: Asphalt driveway had settled 6 inches to a foot near a boulder retaining wall due to improper original boulder wall construction. After wall redone, I had several estimates to fix the three low areas. Most quoted fixing three areas, approximately 300 square feet. A&N provided estimate to rip out and replace final 18 feet near the boulder wall in one repair. This idea gave me a much better patch and allowed the whole area to drain to the one outside edge.
