Kleinhardt's Flooring Installation

I called Larry at Kleinhardt's Flooring, he called back the next day and explained what they do, etc. as far as laying carpet-he got all the details, like was the room cleaned out, was there transition strips down, etc.  He asked me what the square footage was, I told him and he said unfortunately they had a minimum charge of $100; ours was smaller than the amount per square foot so it would cost the $100 for sure.  I thought I was well informed from the beginning.  He scheduled our install for the next day and was here right on time when he said he would be.  Him and his brother were the nicest guys and were very professional throughout their stay.  The carpet looks great and they were so meticulous about all the details and clean up.  They even went above and beyond by asking me if they could trim some of my bathroom tile to make the transition between the hall and bathroom look better.  As well as we had a spot in our kitchen where the vinyl was torn and Larry went to work making that look nice for us while he was here.  They tore all the transition strips out, took doors down, etc. and still only charged the $100 for the bedroom, hallway, tile trim and the vinyl repair in the kitchen.  We love the carpet and will recommend Kleinhardt's Flooring to anyone who needs a floor installer.

This is the second time we've hired these two brothers. We called him out to our house where they took measurements and discussed our options with us. The Kleinhardts are knowledgeable about all types of flooring and can give excellent recommendations on types, styles, brands and the best place to purchase materials. Since we have used them before, they were already familiar with our likes and dislikes and our needs. They are good problem solvers, and were able to work around obstacles such as plumbing, and wildly uneven floors.
