Our neighborhood had a power outage and several of us had water in our basement when the sump pumps failed. We planned to hire the company our neighbor was using, whose first question was how much did our insurance cover. They quoted $5,000 if we moved the furniture and removed the carpeting. We wanted a second estimate and our insurance company recommended a national company, such as Servpro. Servpro had someone to our home within an hour who explained how we could do the work ourselves (which wasn't much after tearing out the carpet) and just rent the equipment from them. They saved us thousands. Every person who came to our home was very professional, friendly, and generous with their advice. Very pleased with their honesty and helpfulness.
Description of Work: Rented industrial fans and dehumidifier. Checked for water in walls. Sprayed for sanitation.
