Contract signed Sept 23, 2015 and work is still not completed to our satisfaction in the flat roof area. Several emails and text messages have been unreplied. Several apologies and promises of better communication. Leaks continued in several areas. We requested appointment times so we could be on site to see what was done or needed to be done. We never knew when they would show up and often times they came and went without us knowing what was done. Cost of total job $81,000. They did allow us no finance, 10 months payment plan as we were previous customers. We are current & timely up to last 2 payments but holding off final payments until work is satisfactory. We researched many roofing companie and chose Schema based on reputation and prior experience. We are very disappointed in this company.

The were pretty good.  They were the best about and they were able to address all the flat roof problems we were having that other contractor were not able to fix.
