He did NOT go into the attic to perform an inspection, which I think was advertised to be included in the advertised deal. He did walk around on the roof and did discover and repair a small area around the chimney with a caulking cartridge of roofing cement.

I thought it was great UNTIL an inspector who looked over the job said they didn't use a proper sealant to put the shingles back on. UPDATE: They apologized and offered a full refund. They were extremely nice but it was a hassle during selling a home.

"I am sorry that we didn't meet your expectations. We do our best to make our customers happy and respond quickly to any and all complaints. If we had been called I can assure you that any problem would have been fixed quickly. However new shingles come with a heat activated sealing strip which would seal them to the old shingles in a short period of time. A sunny day with 60 degrees is enough to activate the sealant. We guarantee our repairs and we would be happy to install additional sealant if they haven't already sealed on their own. If you have had someone else install additional sealant on these shingles we will be happy to reimburse you for the expense. I am directing the salesman who did the repair to contact you about this. These guys were Johnny-on-the-spot. I called four roofing companies here on AngiesList after my roof was damaged during a recent wind storm. One one answered my call, and the other three never responded to voice messages and e-mails. The owner of Belk Roofing took my call and said he would have someone call me back shortly. Ten minutes later Kevin called and we scheduled a time for an inspection. They were busy due to the storm and a snow storm was forecast. Kevin arrived early, but the storm had started. Luckily, I had taken steps to mitigate the damage. They returned a couple days later, matched the shingles, and fixed the roof properly in just a couple hours. Kevin also gave me an assessment of my roof condition and some recommendations. Belk Roofing was there for me when no one else would answer my call or emails.

They were in and out in a day.  Had I not been told by my neighbor, I may not have noticed the job was done.  He is a retired City worker and had nothing better to do than watch them.  He said they were fast and efficient.  Their cleanup was amazing. I found one partial shingle on my lawn and nothing else.  I would use them again in a heartbeat. The price they charged was excellent also.  It was several thousand less than my next closest estimate and half of what Erie Construction wanted to charge me.

Went great very impressed overall. My only hiccup was they called last minute to reschedule from a Saturday out to a Wednesday. Very polite and apologetic though so not a huge deal really.
