+ 0 moreCompany responded fairly quickly after my call requesting a price for lawn service. The price was good at $15.00 per week and I was ready to move forward. I asked the gentlemen to also take a look at the yard and give me an estimate for a thorough spring clean-up. Gave him directions to the house and he said he would go right over and call back with a price. When he didn't call back the next day, I called them and left a message requesting the price for the spring clean-up. When they again didn't call back the following day, I left one more message requesting a call back (this was one more chance than I would normally give to any contractor). Again no call back. I can't imagine they were intimidated by my 1/4 acre yard, so I have no idea why they refused to call back after initially agreeing to weekly cuts. Demonstrates a general lack of professionalism. If you don't want the work, that's fine. But act like a professional and call people back to let them know what's going on.
