Matt was at least 15 minutes early and had already started the inspection. When I arrived, he circled back over everything that he had checked so far to make sure I knew exactly what he had inspected. Throughout the entire inspection, Matt was extremely thorough and made sure I had a comfortable understanding in each area of the house. Matt was on time, and was very thorough. He showed me what he was finding, took copious pictures, and provided advice on improvements for a lot of small things beyond just what was required. After finding some mold in the attic space, he offered air samples on the same visit. He was prompt in his report and the follow-up testing.

We understand your concern with the sprinkler system, however we do not inspect sprinkler systems as they are constructed mostly underground. Our inspection is limited to a visual inspection of the readily accessible areas as identified in the interNACHI standards of practice."
