Our pc lost it's Adobe Flash Player which negated many sites we wanted to see and was getting increasing error notes. We were unable to repair it inspite of numerous suggestions from Adobe and Microsoft. Took our pc in to I Computers which had been recommended by 2 previous customers who were friends of ours. They were happy with both the service quality and the price as compared to other companies. The service tech was at the front counter and fully explained what he thought needed to be done and roughly the possible cost. We left the computer there at 11:00am and received a call at 5pm stating the work was done. Diagnosis was "2 corrupt drivers." On his own initiative, the tech backed up some files we hadn't remembered to tell mention to him. . He recommended a different antivirus program since ours was obviously not doing the job and installed that in a few minutes. We were out the door at 6pm with a pc that works great now. We thought the price was very reasonable and we are very happy with our pc now.
