When we hired Bathworks to remove the existing shower and install a new shower that had a floor pan that was lower to the ground and a shower that was alot bigger, we knew that we were hiring the best professionals we could find. The new walls for the shower extend up over 6 feet. They also installed a safety handrail that is a holder for all types of containers for shampoos, conditioners and bath soaps. They were finished in seven hours. The glass doors are fabulous! The commercial shower faucets are very nice. They had even checked the length of time it took to fill a container from our old shower and compared with the new shower where we now have more water pressure. They installed two handrails in the shower, so we?ll never be worried about falling in the shower.? I want to thank Keegan and Caleb for a wonderful job. Thank you, Bathworks for all you did for us!

Cole,Koby, and Tyler were great very professional they worked great together. They cared about protecting our house. They worked from 8 am to 6.30 pm with no breaks just meticulousl work on details. It was great to have these guys love doing their job in our house and doing such a nice job 👍. Great service. Very friendly and professional installers. Replaced a tub with a walk-in shower. Arrived at 8:30am we’re finished by 3:00pm. Cleaned up thoroughly and removed all of the debris. Keagan and Steve were the two installers. Can’t say enough good things about the company Bathworks.

My parents are both 80yrs of age. A gentlemen named Reece called on my parents. He sold them a replacement step through shower as it is safer to step in and out then a tub shower. My parents paid $3500.00 for a deposit. Being the caretaker for my parents, I went over to pay their monthly bills. I noticed a n invoice from Bathworks for a remaining balance of over 16K! Concerned, I reached out to Reece for an explanation of the bill. There was no itemization of any sort on the bill validating their charges. Reece refused to provide me any detail stating this is their fixed pricing. I have reported this Adult Protective Services and National Elder fraud hotline. Anyone that needs a step through shower, call me, I have a trustworthy contractor that will do it for $3500 or less. This place should be ashamed of themselves.

This was a very good experience every step of the way. We called on a Thursday and the sales person came on Friday night. They had a second person double check measurements. The schedule date was 6- 8 weeks and the office did weekly updates. The materials came in so the project was completed ahead of the original date. The guys who installed were very professional and experienced. Shower looks great and they cleaned everything up. They communicated every step of the way during the install. Their manager stopped by during the morning to look at progress. We had a wrap up meeting before they left. Highly recommend!!
