I called the manufacturer who told me that my model was recalled many years ago, and to get it out of my house NOW due to carbon monoxide poisoning.  Obviously, I was scared and furious, so I called him. He gave me my money back quickly and left.

Chad Hamlin is an excellent plumber that takes great pride in his work. We have used Clark Lake Plumbing for several small plumbing jobs and have been very pleased. This was the largest project we have under taken and we were lucky to have Chad do the work.

We purchased a 1945 cottage that had not really been updated or used over the last few years. Thus, the plumbing was in bad shaped. The iron from the well water combined with sediment had made a complete mess of the galvanized pipes and the valves and faucets. Chad changed out everything and did it at a very reasonable rate. The water flows great and is clear. It doesn't smell and tastes great. People that have wells will understand that kind of description.

Chad is in high demand and is very busy but we felt like we weren't getting 100% of his attention. He removed all garbage and old hot water heater, pressure tank. He offered to leave the old copper pipe but we had no desire to go through the scrap process. He left the job site clean and the pipes are perfectly hung and secured.

He even installed a new outside faucet.

This is a great plumber, responsive, polite, knowledgeable, neat, and organized.

Both Randy and Chad do excellent work and are easy to work with. Randy does the Heating and cooling and was always very responsive and the picture of perfection on timeliness. Chad reworked pipes so they would not be in attic and exposed to cold. He worked miracles and everything looks and works great. Chad was initially more difficult to schedule but also came out on short notice when I was concerned with a frozen pipe (air was coming in from between two walls) He solved the issue quickly and was on his way.

The repairman arrived early and was very knowledgeable on the required repairs. I would recommend them to friends and neighbors and call them for any future work that is needed.

Everything went well. The only negative I'd have, is that part of the installation of the A/C, I also had them replace the thermostat with a programmable one. That thermostat came with a backing plate, to cover any holes in the wall, from the previous thermometer. They installed the thermometer, but not the backing plate, leaving the old screw holes exposed. I had to pull it off and install the backing plate. I thought it was a bit silly to overlook something so cosmetic and easy to deal with.
But, overall, they did excellent work. The A/C works, the thermostat works, and the dishwasher works.
They arrived on time, did the work, and there were no significant issues.

It has been a very good experience. I recommend him. He was punctual. He did a good job. I did not think the price was bad.
