Everything was done according to schedule as the way I was told . All of the window installers were very informative and thorough in their expertise of putting in the windows and door wall. Haven't had the windows long enough to see how their have helped with my utilities but was told we would see a difference. The installers were very careful to make sure the floors were covered and that any debris was cleaned up afterwards and put shades and curtains back on the windows. They were also very great as far as their language used and courteous. We would get windows thru this company again if I ever needed windows. Great company

Very knowledgeable staff, a no pressure sales visit with a good range of products. Windows came in on time and installed the following week and done in a day (9 windows). Complete clean up and great installers. The windows are of good quality and made in Michigan, very happy .

They are crystal clear, extremely energy efficient, very easy to clean, and come with an excellent warranty. On the hottest days so far this year the inside glass was cold to the touch. I recently had more than 40 windows and a door wall installed by Pure Energy. I had a great experience with the company, as their representatives were knowledgeable, polite and prompt with answering my questions. Their installers came into my home and were careful to protect the areas where they worked, then cleaned up the work area to my satisfaction. I couldn't by more satisfied.

Pure energy windows - Who knew it could be so simple/easy, from the initial sales presentation to the installation everything went smoothly, and everyone I dealt with was extremely professional. When the day for the installation arrived, I was impressed with how everything came together with minimal disruption, from the initial laying of tarps (to protect the floors) to the installation and cleanup, leaving no trace of what I considered a major construction project! I can absolutely recommend the pure energy team for any new home or replacement window project. I look forward to the energy savings next winter!

Pure Energy replaced all my widows, sliding glass doors, and front door. In addition they upgraded the insulation in my attic. Though I was not initially in the market, Adrian Beaver gave such an honest and informative presentation I was convinced of the value. My experience with installation (four events) was very positiveâ each installation team was top notch, friendly and efficient. A door bell problem that appeared after installation of the front door was quickly resolved by a most agreeable and helpful maintenance person. I really appreciate that all the work was done by Pure Energy employees, not contractors, and that they take such great care and pride in their work.

The product quality is fantastic and everyone throughout the process was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I really liked the fact that the installers are employees, not contractors. Not only were they friendly and knowledgeable they were very respectful of my home, taking great care to clean up everything when they were done. When one of the door wall panels had a small crack in the casing they brought it to my attention, a new one was ordered right away and it was installed as soon as possible. I was very impressed with their customer service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for windows.

windows we ordered were installed in one day. there was a lot of work that had to be done to remove metal window sills. minimum mess. very polite. very responsive to questions and preferences.

This is an elite company offering a tremendous product with an unheard of level of customer service. It takes a leap of faith to hand your entire window remodel over to somebody. But you can rely on these guys. Would have given them a higher number compared to others in my experience but your site would only let me give them a five.

Pure Energy Window Company replaced an egress window and 6-foot patio door for me in 2018. The installation crew were efficient, respectful, and left my house unblemished by the construction. My entire experience working with Pure Energy Window Company has been great. Right from the initial contact I was impressed with the Company. The professionalism and friendliness of each contact was genuine. I wasn't really even in the market to purchase windows. But when I saw the quality and the energy saving features I was sold. The installation took place a couple weeks ago. I was so impressed with the installation team. They came on time, each member of the team knew his job, and they could not have been more respectful of my home. I can truly say this Company and their entire work force exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this Company to anyone looking to replace windows or door wall.

The work has not yet begun. However, they have been efficient, courteous, and will be giving me a date shortly as to the installation date.

They haven’t actually put the doorwall in yet but the experience so far has been very good.

The installer was awesome. They forgot some caulk and door hardware. The lead installer came out 2 days later on his day off and completed. To date happy with the install and product. But time will tell.

From sales to installation, Pure Energy held up to the hype! Everyone was professional, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They treated my home as it should be treated. I was very impressed that a 6 man crew could finish installing 26 windows and a door wall in one day. Two windows were over 9 feet tall, and they handled them like it was nothing.
