Others have commented on the friendly, accommodating, and complete customer service Epic Radon Solutions provides, and itâ s all true, they are wonderful to work with, however, the real reason to hire any company is to achieve a goal. In this case, the goal is to lower Radon levels in my house. I have been monitoring the Radon level in my house for about a year with a good meter that provides readings of 1-day, 7-day, and 14-day averages. The levels were high, as expected here in Troy, Michigan, so I hired Epic Radon Solutions to do something about it. They assessed the situation and installed a system, quickly, efficiently, and ascetically pleasing, and To my amazement, the Radon levels went down immediately and have stayed very low. (<1 pCi/liter). Job well done!!! Highly recommend this company.
