SPECIALTY KITCHEN AND BATH REMODELING

From start to finish all people involved in this renovation were very helpful and professional.

Initially I contacted a different contractor who appeared to be intelligent and articulated well. He looked the project over and gave me a verbal estimate. When the written estimate came it was double. I tried to negotiate which simply equated to me doing some of the work to get the price down. I went back to the drawing board of contractors and found Howard & Bob from Designs in Glass. I read the reviews and was somewhat puzzled at the things in the very few negative reviews listed. (95% were A's). They came out promptly and within 24 hours I had an estimate (all inclusive) at $5000 less than the first contractor. So I took a chance and I couldn't be more pleased. We were under a time restraint and they told me up front that they were busy with other clients, but would squeeze me in between them. This meant that they weren't there on a steady schedule, but that was ok because when they came, they took care of business. They were easy to work with and if I added something they simply quoted it and went to work. Their staff was efficient on each visit, made excellent progress. Communication was also wonderful. I would text one of them and I'd get an answer almost immediately. They cleaned up when they were done and most importantly, my wife is happy. So to those of you who wrote negative reviews I have to say you're missing something. For those who wrote positive ones, thank you because you are what prompted me to call them. Howard & Bob, you did a great job. I don't believe anyone could go wrong hiring you. I will certainly call you back on the next project.

The job went smoothly from start to finish. He coordinated with my builder and it came out fantastic. The crew was nice and did great work.

Amazing company! From the very beginning I knew this company was for me. All questions I had were answered before I could even ask them. From start to finish the company went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% happy. The crew and the owner were very professional. He brought my idea to life and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would recommend this company and 1000 times over.

I was not happy with it. They were not timely. They sent out a worker and he left, so the owner had to then come back out to do it. So, the timeliness was horrible. The pricing was high. The first person came out and didn't know what he was talking about, but the owner did. The owner was knowledgeable, he was very nice. The owner was very nice, but he had an employee come out, who did not know the correct information and then, it got lost, they never got back to me. They never got back to me until I called them. The responsiveness was poor because I had to call them back. They need to make sure they followup right away from the estimate.

Phone contact was very good. I would get a call back the same day, if they did not answer initially. Received a convenient appointment for the service person to come out and measure. Then, received an email with quotes for different styles of door and glass. The installation was quick and very professional. We are extremely happy with their product and installation. This was the easiest part of the new bathroom remodel.

Designs in Glass with Howard & Bob did quality great work from start to finish. They get a “A” on quality, staying on schedule , pricing, flexibilty on addressing our choices. The master bathroom has a modern glass front, granite cabinet top, attractive time. Howard offered great ideas and options from quality providers we picked out. They kept the carpet and areas clean. They were flexible in adjusting to access due to local street repair. We recommend them highly and will look at them for future projects.

We called for an estimate and one of the partners came over shortly after. We discussed all the changes we wanted in our master bathroom. We were told an estimate would be sent by mail. It's been over 6 weeks... We never heard back. Very disappointed!

Great pre sale consult by phone. Onsite planning andmeasurement was very helpful for final selection. Installation team were great. Answered questions, very careful install and cleanup Very happy with the results and would highly recommend this company.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dream Kitchens; from the initial meeting / consultation right through to the finished product. I purchased a 30 year old home which for the most part had not been updated and what was updated had been done poorly. I set my sights on updating my upstairs bathrooms and contacted Dream Kitchens for a quote. Howard Emmer returned my call the same day, in fact within 2 hours, and scheduled an appointment to view the project. I received a quote within days of the appointment; once I accepted we scheduled a start date. The work began on time, progressed flawlessly through to the end of the project and ended on schedule. There were no issues, additional costs, or overruns. Bob and his teams were excellent; professional and true craftsmen. I absolutely love the work they performed and am currently working with Howard on my Kitchen remodeling which I hope to start within the month. I rate Dream Kitchens A+ - a great team of professionals who are all wonderful and produce quality work which will last a lifetime.

It was fine, it just took a little longer to complete then I expected, but everything turned out okay. I just thought they would finish more quickly. It was fine. The price was fine. I would use them again if needed.

I could not be happier with my glass door install!! Very reasonable pricing (I got multiple quotes), very nice materials, and everyone I spoke with from the beginning was knowledgeable and courteous.

Howard was present on site every day. If he couldn't be there he phoned. If I called because of any question or concern, I received an almost immediate response. Howard was very open to hearing what I wanted and was able to provide very good alternatives for me to consider.

Howard took the time to meet with us at The Tile Shop to help make our selections. Very easy and flexible to work with. First day crew showed up put carpet shield down and then did the demo. Outstanding! Once again, Howard, Bob, Ryan, and Dan have knocked it out of the park. After the fantastic job that was done on our kitchen, we went ahead with the master bath and full bath remodel. From Howard helping us with some colors and designs, to Bob, Ryan and Dan pulling those ideas together, it turned out to be everything we wanted and then some.

Came out to measure the same day I called. Door was ready in just over a week. Very responsive to phone calls and questions. Door installed in less than an hour. Guys were professional, friendly, and left no mess behind. We love our new shower door. It really pulled our entire remodel together! Highly recommend. Thank you!

So pleased with everything about the first shower doors they installed, we ordered another for a second bathroom! Easy ordering process and professional, courteous installation. Over the past year, we've had one contractor nightmare after another. Such a relief to finally find one that does exactly what they promise.

Turnaround time is about two weeks. The actual installation is only over an hour. I used the "clip" format to fix the glass to the wall, rather than the channel. This is often not recommended for various reasons, but I wanted the cleaner look. The installation went well and the glass looks great. Minimal hardware is used, and the end result is good.

OUTSTANDING from start to finish!! Howard, Bob, Dan, and Ryan have been by far the best contractors that I have ever worked with. From the start of the process they gave us all of the info we needed and made recommendations to my wife and I to help us along. The guys were always on time and neat thru the entire process. They were always making sure that everything that had been done to that point was always to our liking, and they did not disappoint! There was not any obstacle that they would let get in the way.
