It was just a verbal quote. I commend them for being available within two weeks to start the job, however due to personal circumstances I could not commit. It would have been nice to receive a written quote with all the details but my experience is that, for some reason, contractors just scribble details on a piece of paper.

I wish we can take care of everyone's needs but I am sure some companies that service Deteoit don't go as far as our much further services areas based where my crews live. Service was excellent from beginning to end. They came out, did some measurements, given a quote within a week. Door installed shortly thereafter. The installation guys were prompt and clean. Shower door looks great! Would definitely recommend them!

The company arrived on time for the estimate. I provided a detailed list of what I wanted done and requested several line items to be priced separately. When I did not receive the estimate on time, I contacted the company. I received a text with an amount of approximately $4000. I had no idea what that included, it was not a detailed estimate that I requested, and when I started asking questions, I was told they texted me the wrong estimate. They called that afternoon and told me the correct estimate was approaching 14,000. I could not believe it as I am providing all the tile. When I asked what was driving the cost, I got no good answer. I have less than 200 ft.? and I was providing all the tile!! I received three more estimates from highly ranked companies and they all were less than 7000. I also have glass shower doors that could be reused as they are in great condition. However this company told me that I probably would not be able to use the glass doors and I should not believe any other contractor that said I would be able to reuse the glass doors. All Other companies clearly told me that if careful measurements were taken, there would be no reason not to use existing glass doors. I feel like this company really just wants to do glass doors, and is not serious about bathroom remodeling. I cannot comment on their work, but if you are using this company, I highly recommend getting several estimates, and getting any estimate for this company in writing

"I apologize for all the misunderstanding you were in domino affect of a new salesperson and myself was in CA for extended period of time with my elderly mom in retirement home. I don't like excuses best thing was probably not have new salesperson come out and if could waited for me but going to LA for extended time cause most of this issue. Though we do several hundred glass doors yearly we have done successfully and professionally bathrooms and kitchens for past 30 years. I truly hope your renovation goes smoothly. They arrived on time and were friendly. The person wrote down dimensions of the bathroom we are considering for remodel. The person mentioned the tile in vertical showers could go to the ceiling. We talked about my suggestion for ceiling fans. I asked him about drawings or ideas for the bathroom and he said I can expect an estimate by 1/29/16. He finished up gathering the dimensions then left.

"[Member Name Removed], way we left it was for you to request refund because actually you were premature having a kitchen remodel done before you even said nothing was to be done before you addressed your mold remediation issue adjacent in the family room with kitchen. Mold issue is much bigger priority to have taken care of ( something I informed you we don't do. I,sure hope that problem is under control."

"Sorry to hear that , But all we did was give you an estimate based on all your desires and wishes for your ideal dream kitchen and I can't design and build a kitchen when the budget does not allow that, and when thT is reality Imusually explain to hold off until the ho,downer can get what they want even though may be down the road. I refuse to use low quality products quality lines, though may look nice but don't last and resale value is worth nothing for the next homeowner when see low end cabinetry etc. I won't and have not put and use any materials I would not do for myself in my own own. Good luck with your remodeling projects have safe and healthy holiday season."

Howard was our initial contact and was very responsive and we had immediate action on our request. He was able to give us an estimate and had the measurer, Ken, out in days. We had the shower door installed within 2 weeks. Ken was prompt for both appointments (measuring and installing). Both men are very professional. We are so happy with the door and it is just beautiful. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future and will refer them to others. Howard even called the day the door was installed to see if everything was as expected and everything was OK. He asked that if there is any issue down the road that I need to call him and I believe he really meant that! Wow, how is that for customer service today! We could not be happier! They were very friendly and professional. Did a very neat job. Cleaned up so well after they finished the job that we did not even feel like anyone else had been inside our house. Their price was also better compared to other providers we asked a quote from. I am extremely pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.
