HILLSIDE FURNITURE

We purchased several furniture items during the summer of 2012. Most of the items were already available when ordered with one exception. We bought a couch on July 15, 2012. We were told it would be delivered Late October early November. It is now December 9, and Hillside not given us any updates regarding its arrival. We call several times each week, they say they have no idea when the couch will arrive. It has been 5 months!!!! I have bought many couches in my life and I am always given an estimated date of shipment. We have asked for someone other than the receptionist to call and give us more information 4 times and no one has called us back. I understand that shipments can be delayed and this is part of the process, but to have no idea about the estimated delivery date is unacceptable. If this is a result of a manufacturer problem, HIllside should be more particular about who they order furniture from. I still have an empty living room with no date in sight when to expect my couch. I have spent thousands of dollars there and will be taking future business elsewhere.
