The individual workers were on time, and work was detailed and precise. Problems were fixed without a problem. They cleaned up on a daily basis. The company representative checked on the work and with me on a daily basis. They answered my questions directly. A few problems were corrected immediately. They re-hung window treatments that fell. They hung new outside lights at no extra charge.

Clean, respectful work crews who did clean-up every day, which was very important to us. We had out of town guests, and they were working near our pool area which we were using while they worked, so debris or stray nails would have been a major issue. Extremely responsive supervisory staff. The end result was even better than we had imagined it would be. We had quick response on minor follow-up issues. Even better, 16 months later, when we discovered another minor glitch, the supervisor himself came out within two days of my call and fixed the problem himself. I highly recommend them, they give the best customer service I have ever received. I have a lot of experience with contractors, having owned and partially renovated or updated 10 homes in the last 20 years.
